Demo First Studio builds and maintains websites and related digital services for local businesses — website launches, care plans, Google profile fixes, reviews management, booking pages, social media maintenance, digital menus, and bundles of those services — at the prices and service levels published on demofirststudio.com.
Before you pay anything, we may build you a free preview of your new website. A preview is a concept created for you to review — it is not your official website, it isn't published as your site, and there's no obligation to buy. If you'd prefer we take a preview down, tell us and we will.
There are no long-term contracts. One-time services are paid once. Monthly services are billed month to month and you can cancel at any time — cancellation stops future billing; services already delivered for a period already paid aren't refunded for that period.
Your website, your domain, your content, your photos, your logo and your accounts belong to you. We build and manage them on your behalf. If we part ways, your site and content go with you.
Payments are handled through the portal and our payment processor (Stripe). A service is activated once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, we'll let you know so you can update your payment method — a failed payment doesn't cancel your service by itself.
We reply within 1 business day, deliver an audit and demo within 2 days, launch within 5 days of having what we need from you, handle urgent fixes the same day, draft review responses within 24 hours, and send your monthly report by the 5th. Timelines that depend on your input (photos, menus, approvals) run from when that input arrives.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, prices, menus and photos you give us, and for having the rights to any material you ask us to use.
Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the period in question. We don't guarantee search rankings, review scores, or sales results — anyone who does is guessing.
If these terms change, we'll post the new version here and note the date. Changes don't apply retroactively to services already paid for.
